Why it is necessary to have gratitude in our life? Is it necessary to be grateful to those whom we love? Is it necessary to be grateful to those who have love and generosity in their heart to share with us? Are we all in need of gratitude? Is it necessary to open our hearts, mind, and soul to the abundance that is already there for us?

Gratitude is a practice we can all do. We can practice it, even if we don’t feel like doing it. We can sit back and meditate and practice the things that inspire us. We can close our eyes and visualize those things that we are grateful for. We can think about those things in our minds.

The important thing is to do it. It helps keep us focused and grounded in this crazy world of ours. When you realize how wonderful your life could be, that the light bulb will shine from within and you will be able to see the possibilities that lie ahead.

When we develop gratitude in our lives, we become more appreciative. This brings us closer to our beloved partners and our children. We find that we do want to be around them. We also tend to extend our love to them more and do things for them.

Our attitude about money changes as well. We begin to realize that money is only one way of life. It isn’t the only thing that defines us. It is only one way of doing things. If we value other ways of doing things and appreciate what we do have, then we will also tend to appreciate what we have.

When we reach our mid-life crisis, we are looking for guidance and advice. We seek out those who have traveled the path before us. They are our role models. They help us discover what works and what doesn’t work. This is an essential part of growth.

There is no better example than those who are leading a grateful life. They are living examples. They lead by example.

Think about this: Have you ever noticed that when someone is being unfaithful or ungrateful, that their spouse or partner does not question it? Why? Is it because they are afraid to be unfaithful or because they are not aware that they are being ungrateful? Do you think it’s the case here?

What if, as an adult, you were able to experience all three elements of gratitude? You would be so grateful. It would change your entire life. You might find yourself helping others in need or even becoming a mentor to some others who are struggling in some way. You might even be able to influence or change the direction of your own life by putting more gratitude into action.

Is it possible to experience all three elements of gratitude at the same time? Of course, it is. What does that feel like? When you practice being grateful, it feels like a weight is lifted off your shoulders. It makes you wonder how other things in life could possibly get any better. When you are thankful for the things that you are currently enjoying, you will feel much more content and fulfilled.

What happens when we become grateful? We start appreciating the positive aspects of everything instead of only focusing on the negative. We appreciate the good things that seem to go on in our lives. That allows us to put more into our lives and to enjoy the good things that seem to escape us sometimes. When you are grateful for even the small things, it can change your view of those things and make them more enjoyable.

Is there anything else that we can do to begrudge less? Of course, there is. Why it is necessary to have gratitude in our lives is that when we are grateful for the little things, they will eventually turn into big things. And we become bigger and stronger.
