Time and the universe are one. The idea that time is only a physical phenomenon that can be measured in seconds at a time is false. What is real is spiritual energy, which is timeless, eternally dense, and infinite in space. What exists in time is merely a temporary form of that which does not exist in spiritual reality.

Time is energy

What is real is what fills the universe, which includes all of space including time. There is no such thing as a vacuum. A vacuum would not fill with energy. To call something a vacuum is to describe something that is empty of energy. So there is no such thing as an empty space. Spacetime is filled with spiritual energy.

Time is a function of the mind. The mind controls our physical actions and thoughts. Our physical actions and thoughts are a function of our minds. Since the mind is infinite, the endlessness of space must also be infinite as well.

Time is merely a mental construct, that the mind uses to organize matter and make sense of it. A physical object doesn’t need a mind to make sense out of it.

Matter itself is a function of the mind. So when the mind decides that the earth is round, then that is what the physical world around us is, a mental construction the mind has made out of the evidence of our physical senses.

Time and space are meaningless unless energy is involved. We cannot measure mental energy, but we know it exists because it is measured by time.

Our only limited reference for spiritual energy is the time and essence of the universe. The only way to find out about the future is to take an inventory of all the times and essence of the universe. If time and the universe did not exist, then how could anything take place?

The mind creates time through the creation of mental energy. Mental energy, or consciousness, cannot exist without physical energy. Only the mind can create the necessary mental energy.

This energy is then used for thought and action. Everything the mind does is physical energy used by the physical body to do its things. That’s why the mind is always trying to build up more physical energy, so it can do more things.

However, the mind cannot exist without the constant flow of energy from the universe. How can the mind create its own energy? That energy must first come from somewhere! It cannot be simply created by the thought of building it up.

That kind of energy is called “contingency” and is the foundation of all physical reality. A bubble’s energy comes from the air surrounding it and the energy of the water that it’s standing on; and so on.

Contingency also means that the energy is not constant: it ebbs and flows from one place to another. The universe has an energetic pulse that it uses to keep itself balanced. It’s said that you are as old as the earth, just waiting for another cycle of energy to replenish itself.

The idea behind this whole idea is that the physical matter of the planet is constantly in a state of flux, and if you observe it carefully enough, you’ll see that the earth keeps moving forward, although it seems to be stationary at times.

And this movement of matter is also a physical process that must occur within the realm of time as well. The same physical processes are happening throughout the universe and your body too, as you can observe with your own eyes.

You don’t need to be an astronaut to see these pieces of evidence, for they’re staring right back at you. When you think about it, this actually makes sense. The earth isn’t just spinning on its axis – it’s also moving through space at a breathtaking speed.

And if we can observe it, then it stands to reason that the time that you think of, or the time your physical body thinks of, is energy in the universe. The same goes for the time in which your mind or your emotions live.

Anytime that something happens to cause you to react – whether it’s good or bad, there’s a measurable shift in the energy of that reaction. The time you live in is real-time, the time your mind thinks of is the time your physical body experiences.

If we can learn to control this shifting energy, then it will allow us to bend time to our benefit. By making a mental note of the time you think of things, you can train yourself to be more efficient.

By harnessing the power of your thought, you can change your world around so that it’s better for you. You must take an honest look at the way you’ve lived your life so far and examine what you can do to improve it. It all comes down to harnessing the power of time.
